This apartment is located on the raised ground floor (3 steps) overlooking a very quiet, non-commercial alley.

Recently renovated and decorated with modern taste, "Le Petit Saint-Georges" perfectly meets the needs of a passing clientele that I wish to retain, but is also perfectly suited to longer stays (free quote on request).

- a living room with flat screen TV, a sofa bed BZ for sleeping 1 to 2 people (140 X 200). A 4th person can be accommodated upon express request, however, please note the size of the apartment
- a main bed 2 people (140 x 190) in mezzanine with comfort mattress of great brand
- an open equipped kitchen of Swedish brand to prepare delicious meals: top fridge, microwave / oven, ceramic hob 2 burners, extractor hood, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and storage

- a bathroom with spacious shower (glass door), vanity unit, washing machine, hairdryer and suspended toilet
- a workspace for the more studious with free Wi-Fi good quality. Please note that the phone network is poor.
